- All admissions are provisional and subject to approval by Siddharth University, Kapilvastu, Siddharth Nagar.
- College reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate without assigning any reason.
- Principal shall have full authority to ensure discipline within the college premises.
- Every student must wear prescribed uniform as per the norms set by College Management.
- Students are expected to maintain proper decorum in classrooms. Leaving class without teacher’s permission is strictly prohibited.
- Students must park their vehicles only at the designated parking area.
- Smoking and use of intoxicating substances in any form are strictly prohibited.
- Principal holds the authority to impose penalties such as fines, suspension, and withholding of attendance certificates to uphold discipline and academic excellence.
- Fees once paid shall neither be refunded nor adjusted under any circumstances.
- Ragging or harassment of juniors is strictly forbidden and will be treated as a punishable offense under the guidelines of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
- Students are required to participate in all academic and extracurricular activities organized by college. Absentees shall face penalties.
- Admissions will only be accepted in the prescribed application format.
- Students must comply with any directions issued from time to time by the Bar Council of India and Siddharth University regarding admissions.
- All students must be in proper uniform while on campus. Violation will be treated as indiscipline.
- University rules will apply to Back Paper, Improvement Exams, and Ex-student examinations.
- Every student must carry their identity card (I-card) daily while on campus.
- Principal may deny or cancel admission without prior notice or explanation.
- Smoking, use of intoxicants, and use of abusive language are strictly prohibited within the college premises.
- No student shall indulge in any activity that disrespects the college, inside or outside the campus. Disciplinary action, including cancellation of admission, may be taken against such students.
- Students must regularly check the college notice board and act accordingly. College will not be held responsible for any loss arising from ignorance of posted notices.
- Students must pay fees within the deadline prescribed by college. Late payment charges will be applicable as decided by the administration.
Note: Principal has the authority to cancel admission of any student found guilty of indiscipline or misconduct. A written notice regarding cancellation will be sent to the concerned guardian.

Regulatory Framework
College adheres to all regulatory requirements laid down by its affiliating body, Siddharth University, Kapilvastu, and the Bar Council of India (BCI). The courses offered, namely LL.B and B.A.LL.B, are structured in accordance with the BCI norms and guidelines.
Code of Conduct
- All students must adhere to the academic calendar, examination rules, and attendance requirements.
- Maintaining decorum and professional behavior on campus is mandatory at all times.
- Plagiarism, malpractice, or any unethical activity in academic or co-curricular tasks will invite disciplinary action.
- Use of college property must be responsible and in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
