Refund Policy

Manu Law College facilitates online payment of various fees through secure payment gateways for the convenience of students, applicants, parents, and guardians.

By making an online payment through the official website of Manu Law College, the payer acknowledges and agrees to the following Refund Policy.

1. Online Fee Payments

Online payments may be made towards:

  • Admission Fee

  • Tuition Fee

  • Examination Fee

  • Registration Fee

  • Library Fee

  • Other fees as notified by the College from time to time

The payer is responsible for ensuring that all payment details, including the student name, course, registration/application number, and payment amount, are accurate before proceeding with the transaction.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • The same fee has been paid more than once (duplicate payment).

  • An excess amount has been paid due to an inadvertent error.

  • The amount has been debited from the payer's bank account but has not been credited to the College's account, subject to verification with the payment gateway and the respective bank.

  • Any other case approved by the College Administration in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by the competent authority of the College, the following payments are generally non-refundable:

  • Application Fee

  • Registration Fee

  • Examination Fee

  • Processing Fee

  • Payment Gateway Charges (if any)

  • Any other fee specifically declared as non-refundable by the College

4. Refund Request Procedure

A refund request should be submitted in writing to the College office along with:

  • Student Name

  • Application/Registration/Enrollment Number (if applicable)

  • Transaction Reference Number

  • Date of Payment

  • Amount Paid

  • Reason for requesting the refund

  • Supporting documents, if required

The College may request additional information or documents to verify the claim before processing the request.

5. Refund Processing

After verification and approval by the competent authority, eligible refunds will ordinarily be processed within 7 to 15 working days.

The actual credit of the refunded amount is subject to the processing timelines of the respective bank or payment service provider.

6. Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions

If an online payment has been debited from the payer's bank account but the transaction is unsuccessful or not reflected in the College's records, the payer should first verify the transaction status with the bank.

If the amount is not automatically reversed within the bank's prescribed timeline, the payer may contact the College with the transaction details for verification and necessary assistance.

7. Discretion of the College

All refund requests shall be examined on their individual merits. The decision of Manu Law College regarding the approval or rejection of any refund request shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
