Grievance Handling Mechanism
Institutional-level grievance handling mechanisms are available and functional at Manu Law College, Nichlaul. Institution ensures timely redressal of grievances of students, faculty and staff to maintain a transparent, inclusive and just environment. The following dedicated cells and systems are established in accordance with UGC norms:
1. Women Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell – महिला यौन उत्पीड़न प्रतिषेध प्रकोष्ठ
College has established an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Cell actively works to prevent, prohibit and redress any case of harassment against female students or staff. Regular awareness workshops and sensitization programs are conducted.

2. Anti-Ragging Cell – एंटी-रैगिंग सेल
As per UGC guidelines, college has formed an Anti-Ragging Committee and Squad. Committee ensures zero tolerance toward ragging on campus and works proactively to maintain discipline and friendliness among students. All first-year students and parents submit online anti-ragging affidavits.

3. Counselling Centre
A functional counselling centre is available for students facing emotional, psychological, academic or personal difficulties. Trained faculty and professional counsellors are available on designated days. Confidentiality is strictly maintained.
4. Grievance Redressal Cell
This cell receives and addresses general grievances related to academics, infrastructure, examination, administration or interpersonal issues. A complaint box is placed at accessible locations and an online complaint facility is also provided via college website.
