Manu Law College celebrated the 77th Republic Day with flag hoisting, speeches on constitutional values, and recognition of outstanding contributors.

Manu Law College, Nichlaul, Maharajganj, celebrated 77th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and a dignified atmosphere. Event was marked by patriotic fervor and active participation from faculty members, staff, and students.

Celebration commenced with the hoisting of the national flag by the College Manager, Mrs. Urmila Singh, who paid tribute to the nation and addressed the gathering on the significance of Republic Day. The program began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and offering of flowers to the idol of Maa Saraswati by the management and Director, Dr. Dinesh Kumar Singh.

Principal Dr. Akhileshwar Rai delivered the welcome address and highlighted the institution’s future vision and development plans. In his speech, he also emphasized the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence in the modern digital era and discussed potential challenges arising from technological advancements and global dependencies.

Director Dr. Dinesh Kumar Singh, in his address, elaborated on the core values of the Indian Constitution—justice (social, economic, and political), liberty, equality, and fraternity. He encouraged everyone to adopt these values in their lives and contribute towards building a progressive and developed India.

On this occasion, Mr. Shivendra Tripathi, Placement In-charge, was honored with a certificate of appreciation for his outstanding contributions in the field of placements. Due to his efforts, a student, Kumari Karuna, secured a special scholarship opportunity. Additionally, the college gatekeeper, Mr. Prabhakar Pandey, was also recognized for his dedicated service to the institution.

The program witnessed the presence of Vice Principal Dr. Ritesh Kumar, faculty members, staff, and students. The event was successfully coordinated by Assistant Professor Dr. Arun Kumar Tiwari.

The celebration concluded with a renewed sense of patriotism and commitment among all attendees towards the values of the Constitution and nation-building.
