Moot Court

The Moot Court programme at Manu Law College fosters the development of essential legal skills such as brief writing and oral advocacy through a structured multi-stage process:

  1. Analysis of the case facts to identify relevant legal issues.
  2. Understanding and applying precedents from decided cases in the context of the Moot Court case.
  3. Preparation of plaints and written statements, drafting arguments, oral advocacy, and engaging in simulated courtroom conduct.

Library

The college maintains a well-equipped, soundproof library fostering a conducive learning environment. It hosts a rich collection of reference books, textbooks, journals, and reports covering emerging legal fields. The library supports research and studies with facilities like a dedicated computer section equipped with internet access.
