The Placement and Counseling Cell at Manu Law College is highly active and student-friendly. It maintains a robust alumni network to mentor and guide current students. The cell organizes both online and offline internships in courts, law firms, NGOs, and government offices. Additionally, students receive assistance and information for private and national scholarships. Regular personalized counseling sessions also support student well-being, addressing mental health, stress, and exam-related pressures.

To enhance legal knowledge and skills, the cell hosts webinars with legal experts, organizes online quizzes, debate competitions, workshops, and career guidance sessions—all designed to facilitate well-rounded professional development.

Internship Programs

The Internship & Placement Cell offers two dynamic internship formats to prepare students for the legal profession:

• Virtual (Online) Internships: These offer geographically flexible opportunities where students work remotely with law firms and legal organizations across India on real legal assignments under expert mentoring. Programs are available in 4-week and 12-week modules, developing research, drafting, and communication skills in a digital work environment.
• Offline (Regular) Internships: Traditional internships provide hands-on experience through in-person courts, law offices, government bodies, and NGOs, primarily in Maharajganj and Nichlaul districts. Interns collaborate with practicing advocates and judicial officers to learn procedural law, client counseling, and case management.

Counseling and Career Guidance

Beyond placements and internships, our Placement Cell offers specialized career counselling tailored for B.A.LL.B. and LL.B. students. Launched in 2024, this program supports legal career planning and promotes mental health, emotional resilience, and personal growth through one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and seminars delivered by trained counselors.

• Exam & Career Guidance: Tailored support for judicial services preparation, civil services, LLM, campus placements, clerkships, internships, and legal process outsourcing roles.
